Description
Ellison Estate Vineyard is a 50 acre farm in Grand Isle with 10.3 acres of grapevines under organic/biodynamic production making dry Old-World style natural Vermont wines. Ellison Estate is a family-run farm with a focus on regenerative agriculture. A flock of 23 sheep is incorporated into the management of the vineyard. The winery is located approximately 1 hour away in Stowe, where special events and pop-ups are occasionally hosted during the winter months. There is a seasonal tasting room on the vineyard in Grand Isle with breathtaking views of the lake and Vermont mountains open during the summer months. On the vineyard there are Airstreams available for farmstay/glamping experiences in the summer, and the vineyard house is available to rent during the Winter months. Ellison Estate is considering hosting small weddings and events/retreats in 2023.
