At Trenchers Farmhouse, great meals start from the ground up. Trenchers Farmhouse is a value-added fresh pasta farm, where we nurture our land with regenerative, sustainable, soil first practices in order to grow the most nutrient rich, mouth-watering ingredients and respectfully raise our animals. We create over 13 different varieties of fresh pastas with 100% Vermont grown wheat from small family farms blended with our own farm’s pasture raised eggs. Add our sauces and other delicacies rooted in Italian tradition and you’ll enjoy an exceptionally delicious meal every time. Meals are times to spread love and nothing tastes better than our handcrafted fresh pastas, gluten free pastas, specialty farm fresh pasta sauces, and more straight from our fields to your table. Trenchers Farmhouse is a Slow Food VT Snail of Approval site for 2022 & 2023.
