Description

The story of Barr Hill begins with a distiller and beekeeper working together in northern Vermont. Ryan and Todd perfected the use of raw honey in their distillery capturing the countless botanicals a honey bee forages into their spirits. Barr Hill Vodka is distilled entirely from raw honey, nothing else. Barr Hill Gin has honey added after distillation, which brings the juniper into perfect balance. Tom Cat Gin is barreled for 6 months in new American oak, and then finished with raw honey.
