Dosa Kitchen has been offering the Authentic Dosa Experience since 2014. Fans travel from Boston and beyond to their food truck in Brattleboro, Vermont, for what they call "the best dosas in the USA." In 2022 they launched Dosa Kitchen Factory, where they produce and package some of the magical components of their menu so every kitchen can become a Dosa Kitchen. Their namesake product is Stone-Ground Dosa Batter, a ready-to-pour pancake, waffle, crepe, and wrap batter. Dosa Batter is naturally gluten-free and vegan; an authentic recipe people have been enjoying for centuries. Other products in their lineup include Sambar (lentil and vegetable stew), Mysore Chutney, and Kaanji (fermented beet and carrot tonic).
