Boyden Valley Winery, Cambridge and Waterbury: The Winery in Cambridge will be open every day from 10am-5pm except Thanksgiving Day (11/26) for Tastings, shopping, and wine by the glass. Our Tasting Annex at Cold Hollow Cider Mill in Waterbury will be open every day except Thanksgiving Day from 11am-5pm for Tastings and shopping. The Northeast Kingdom Tasting Center, Newport: Sip a sweet ice cider at The Tasting Bar, savor a sticky maple treat from the Maple Shop, enjoy fresh breads and pastries from Jocelyn & Cinta's Bake Shop, or sit and grab a bite at the Newport Ciderhouse Bar & Grill.
