Terrafunga - Forest Grown Mushrooms. Terrafunga is a farm dedicated to growing the highest quality gourmet mushrooms organically, outdoors in the mountains of Vermont. Our log grown mushrooms currently include blue oysters, maitake, shiitake and lion's mane and are sold fresh or dehydrated. We also harvest wild mushroom varieties during their respective seasons such as morels, chanterelles, black trumpets, boletes and maitakes. Additionally we prepare mushrooms tarts in three flavors and a shiitake mushroom spread sold at farmer's markets, mushroom granola bars and caramelized bits.
