Our future celebrity chefs master the skill of cooking under pressure here for both lunch and dinner. Watch them at work in the kitchen as they master the classic techniques of braising, roasting, sautéing, and frying under the watchful eyes of their dedicated chef instructors. Meet students from all over the world at lunch, where they practice the fine art of table service. At Sunday brunch, the garde manger class will wow you with the art of the cold kitchen -- an outrageous feast for both the eye and the palate, featuring house-smoked sausages, meats and fish and the handmade pates of European charcuterie.
